Procedure:

I found this technique kind of by accident. It uses a transparency photo or type. If you place it on the Delight air dry modeling compound and let it dry overnight, the photo or type transfers to the modeling compound!

Directions for Photo Transfer onto Delight: 
Print out a black and white photo onto inkjet/printable transparencies. (I used Office Depot Brand printable transparencies). Roll out Delight compound to 1/8" thickness onto a blank transparency. Flip it over so that it is very smooth for the transfer. Place the printed transparency ink side down onto the smooth side of the Delight compound and gently rub or use a brayer to remove any air bubbles and to make all the ink come into contact with the Delight compound. Flip over once again so that the backside of the compound is face up and the air can dry it overnight. Remove the transparency carefully the next day when Delight is completely dry.
